With reference to your application for the captioned post, we have pleasure to inform you that
you have been shortlisted to appear in interview. You are requested to be present and appear
in interview at the undernoted venue on the date and time mentioned below: -

2. Please note that this call letter for interview does not constitute an offer of appointment. Your being called for
the interview per se does not imply that your eligibility for the position is accepted by the Bank. Before coming for
the interview, please ensure that you fulfill requisite eligibility criteria as mentioned in our advertisement No.
CRPD/RS/2022-23/19. In case you are not able to produce original documents, supporting your eligibility, at
the time of interview, you will neither be allowed to appear for the Interview nor be reimbursed any travelling
expenses.

3. Blank bio-data cum attestation forms are available on the Bank’s website https://bank.sbi/careers or
https://www.sbi.co.in/careers under the link “Engagement of Retired Officers- Advertisement No:
CRPD/RS/2022-23/19”, which may please be filled in. The duly filled in bio-data form may please be brought

along with 4 copies, at the time of interview. Please paste the same photograph which has been uploaded at
the time of online registration duly signed by you on each bio-data form.

CARE: You are requested to send your confirmation immediately by replying to this mail for conduct of
interview. Please do not change the subject of the mail while replying.

4. While appearing for the interview, please bring with you the following Original certificates for our
verification along with one set of self-attested photocopies thereof:-

5. Persons if in the service of NBFC/Financial Services Company/ PSU Undertakings, have to submit a “No
Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of appearing for the interview.

6. Candidates must note that the name as appearing on the application form (provided during online
registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. If there is any mismatch

between the name indicated in the application form and Photo Identity Proof, the candidate will not be allowed to
appear in the Interview. Candidates who have changed their name will be allowed for interview only if they produce
Gazette notification/ affidavit/marriage certificate in this regard.

7. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing in the interview process.

8. In case at any stage of engagement, or even after engagement, it comes to the Bank’s notice that a
candidate did not possess the requisite qualification or does not fulfill the eligibility criteria as given in the
advertisement No. CRPD/RS/2022-23/19 his/her candidature will be liable to be rejected. Further, in case it is noticed
that candidate has furnished any incorrect/false information or suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature
will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to
be terminated.

9. Requests for rescheduling the Interview date and change of interview venue will not be entertained.
The Bank will not be responsible for any delay caused by transport services etc.

10. Please note that NO HARD COPY for intimation/ call letter for interview will be sent.
