a. Aluminum parapet rails at 16ea locations at 4th floor per ASI 15 dated 04/01/2021.
NOTE: Aluminum tube 1.5"Øx3/16" T6061-T6, typ.; mill finish. Assumed vertical arms are 48"OC max. and no field weld splice.

C NOTES AND CONDITIONS:

1 Our price is good for 10 days from the date of our proposal.
2 See attached for our current GL & WC coverage and limits. Client agrees to pay the premium for any addition insurance coverage & limit.
3 Temporary electric power and hookup, including 220V/50Amp power for welding, shall be provided at no cost to IBS at Job Site.
4 Controlling lines and benchmarks must be provided at each floor by G.C. for our field measurements and installations.
5 Man hoist(s) should be provided per OSHA at no cost to IBS.
6 Our price is based upon work performed in a continuous manner -- regular 40 hours, five (5) day work week and Monday through Friday. Premium time
and shift work shall be considered extra cost to IBS, U. O. N.;
7 Your attention is directed to Sections 8034, 8200 et seq., California Civil Code which requires us to notify you by way of California Preliminary Notice "that
if bills are not paid in full for labor, services, equipment or material furnished, or to be furnished, the improved property (which is described herein) may be
subject to liens." This statement is applicable to private work only. This is not a reflection on the integrity of you or any contractor or subcontractor.
8 This Proposal, as written, must be incorporated as a part of the sub-contract document in any resulting contract.
9 This proposal automatically supersedes our previous proposal(s), if any, of the same job prevailing by their date.

methods), Core Drilling (U.O.N.); Warning Tape & Concrete Infill for Bollard;
11 Finish paint; Primer on galvanized items; Powder coating; Epoxy primer; Blast-cleaning; Fireproofing;
12 Paint/primer removals at steel members for metal deck and shear stud welding; Proprietary Counter Support;
13 Site Layout, Loading / Offloading, Storage, Custody, Traffic Control and Installation for all FOB items;
