POWER OF ATTORNEY

This General Power of Attorney ( “the Power of Attorney “) is made and

“Parties”

APPOINTMENT OF AGEN

I, the Principal, with full decision-making capacity, hereby appoint the name Agent to act on my
behalf, to make any and all decisions, and to control and manage my affair without any
limitation, The Agent shall have the authority to act on my behalf and in my name, place, and
stead in any way which I myself could do, if I were personally present, with respect to the
following maters as each of them is defined below:

POWER OF AGENT

1. Real Property Transaction. To conduct all form od business pertaining to the purchase,
sale, management, and transfer of real estate property, including but no limited to the
negotiation of terms, the signing of agreement, and the receipt of proceeds,
2. Personal Property Transaction: to handle all matters involving personal property, tangible,
including the acquisition, lease, sale management, and disposal of personal properties
such as Vehicles, stocks, bonds, and other assets.
3. Banking Transaction: To perform any act required to access, manage, and conduct
financial dealings with ant type of banking, saving, or other financial institution,
including the opening and closing of account, withdrawal, and deposit of funds, and
execution of instrument of banking or financial services.
4. Legal matters: To present my interests in all legal proceedings, whether civil, criminal,
administrative, or investigative, and to engage in any legal action necessary to protect my
personal and property right.
5. Tax Matters: To prepare, review, and file any type of forms including returns, reports,
declaration, and related documents. To act on my behalf in all tax-related matters with
appropriate authorities, and to receive confidential information.
6. Benefits from Government Programs or Civil or Military Service: To prepare, submit,
and receive application and document related to the government and military service
benefits, and to act on my behalf in sealing with such entities.
7. Estate, Trust and Other Beneficiary Transaction: To engage in all conduct related to my
interests in estates and trusts, including decision regarding claiming, relinquishing ,
disclaiming, ratifying, or contesting inheritance rights
