X. Minutes of the Meeting

Exactly 12:30 in the afternoon when the meeting started. Mrs. Lorena De
Ramos, an ABM teacher lead the prayer hoping that the meeting will be
successfully done. A simple ice breaker in a raffle form took place. According to
Ma’am De Claro, it was done to serve as a reward for the faculty members who
tiredly but happily performed their respective task. Dr. Maureen greeted the
faculty members and congratulated them for a job well done during the Brigada
Eskwela. She challenged everyone to compete for the first place in the next year
and initiated that everyone who wants to be part of the challenge should raise
their hands. This will serve as an agreement that those people will be part of the
competing team-SPSHS 1 for the next Brigada Eskwela implementation.

 Dr. Maureen also discussed that few of the expenses were paid back or
reimburse to those teachers who claim for the DCBER expenses. She then again
discussed the action plan to win the Brigada Eskwela. According to her,
becoming an evaluator helps her to see the preparations that the school must do.
This includes the following documents that should be presented. There should
be individual accomplishment, impact of accomplishment divided into two: the
simple and complex. Simple is for classroom and school while the complex one is
an accomplishment that has been carried out to other school and nearby
community. Innovation, awards and membership are also included.
A simple break was done through a raffle draw. It made the meeting lively and
fun. The winners are the following teachers, Mrs. Charmane Sanmocte, Mrs.
Josephine Jacinto,Mrs. Marisol Punzalan,Mrs. Angelica S. Manalo,Mrs. Rhassel
Gonzalvo,Mrs. Estelita Marasigan,Mrs. Neren Natal,Mrs. Maria Rogayan,Ms.
Princess Syra Castor.
Immediately after the raffle draw. Mr. Chris De Jesus distributed the short
range radio that will be used during emergency. Five radios were given to the
following person accountable to it. Ms. Rhea Rose Abanador, Mrs. Neslie
Lumanglas, Mr. Cipriano Magnaye Jr.,Dr. Maureen C. De Claro and Mr. Chris
himself. Mr. De Jesus then informed the faculty that the shirts for teachers in the
upcoming intramurals were given by the faculty from their share in the uniform.
The next agenda is the schedule of the practice of each groups in the
intramurals. According to Mrs. Riza Castillo, the schedule will be after lunch in the
order as indicated in the box below.

She also reiterated that the practice must be attended by at least two teachers
as monitoring.
The next agenda is the announcement about mass and re blessing as
proposed by the guidance Coordinator-Mam Comia. Each room must have a
prepared “offering” for the mass.
Lastly, Mrs. Angelica Manalo discussed the Teacher Idol that will be
participated by the lucky 8 teachers of San Pascual Senior High School 1 who
will compete to win the P1,000,000 worth of prizes. Those teachers are Mrs.
Angelica, Mrs. Charmane,Ms. Grace,Ms. Daisy, Mrs. Riza, Mr. Mandy,Mr.
Cipriano and Mr. Chris, They are indeed happy to proudly represent the SPSHS
faculty and bag the grand Prize. Indeed another challenge is on.
Before the meeting ends, Mr. Marvin Sotalbo informed the faculty about the
LIS who is now currently open. He suggested that during the enrolment, adviser

 must be there to help him in easy entry of students’ profile in the LIS. Exactly
2:00 pm the meeting ended with a smile in the faces of each teacher.
