be delivered to your delivery address

Step 1:
Visit https://unifi.com.my/mobile/devices and select the Pre-Order device
Step 2:
Complete your order by :
Selecting “Upgrade Plan”
Logging in to Digital ID
If your existing service number is found in the system:
o Perform EKYC and your service number will be displayed
o Make online payment to secure your order
If your existing service number is NOT found in the system:
o You may be redirected to Self-Care to change your plan for
Pre Order and select device add-on to complete your order.
o A payment link will be sent to you via SMS and Email.
o Complete your payment to secure your order.
Step 3:
The new smartphone and SIM card will be delivered to your delivery
address.
