1.4 PREPARATION FOR WALL MOUNTING (NEW INSTALLATION)

1.4.1 FAST EVO X/FLUENDO PLUS LNX

Place the securing plate marking hole A above the water

inlet line and to the left of the water line perpendicular.
Horizontally fix the plate to the wall using the fixings
designed for this purpose, after having drilled out holes B.
Engage the holes in the top of the chassis onto the lugs on
the securing plate.

2 OPERATION LOGIC
2.1 FAST EVO X/FLUENDO PLUS LNX

When water faucet is turned on, if the water flow rate

is over (>2 l/mn), electrical impulse will be input
controller (19) which produced by water flow
sensor (11).
The controller (11) is enabled and it drive ignitor
(12) to start process. Discharge electrode (4)
produce electricity spark. At the same time, it supply
power for bidirectional valve (9 10) and solenoid
and step motor (20) and solenoid coil (21).
Ignitor (12) control step motor (20) make the
solenoid coil (21), generate magnetic force. Then
the contoller (11) re-controk step motor (20)
operation valve (7) open to position of soft ignition.
After bidirectional valve (9 10) got power, normally
open valve (9) turn OFF, normally closed valve
(10) tun ON. In the function of pressure, diaphragm
valve (6) is turned on by differential pressure.
After soft ignition light on, ionization pole (5) can
sense flame signal ignition (12) control discharge
electrode (4) to stop ignite.
Base on deliver water NTC (14) and water flow
sensor (19) controller can adjust deliver water
temperature to setting point by automate step motor
(7) to open corresponding position. Water is heated
to setting temperature in heat exchanger (2)
Overheat switch (16) cascade with deliver
overheat switch (22) detect the temperature and
mde an error .

Rod (17), can adjust water flow, filter (18) can pick
out the impurity of water, water flow sensor (19)
can measure water flow rate.

2 LR20 1,5 V batteries (13) parallele connection.

C D

Turn on the power switch, when the tap is turned on, the water flow is more than (2L/min) or the water
pressure is higher than 0.2bar, the micro-switch (15) gives the electrical signal to the ignition controller (A).

Control PCB to receive the signal, drive the ignition, 0.5s after the solenoid valve (20) open. Gas from the
intake connection (21) goes to the solenoid valve (20), and then goes to the gas regulating shaft (19), goes
to the linkage body (14), next goes to manifold and burner (B), start ignition. Ignition is successful, flame
electrode (C) sensor provides flame signal to controller box, and ignition pin (C) stop spark and machine
continue to work.

The thermostat (D) monitor water temperature inside HEX, when the water temperature is more than 85℃ ,
the machine stops working.

Page. 17 di 64
Training Manual FAST EVO X/FLUENDO PLUS LNX -FAST EVO R X/BRD LNX

The thermostat (E) monitor water temperature inside HEX, when exhaust gas goes out of flue hood and flue
hood temperature exceeds 145 ℃, the machine stops working. (Machine only for RU market has this
function)

Right knob(9) , can adjust water flow rate, filter (7) eliminater particles in water;
Left knob(17) , can adjust gas flow rate.

2pcs 1,5 V batteries are series connection.

To enter on the setting model, switch 1 must be on the “ON” position while the battery is not assemble, then
charge the batteries.(Orange Led blink means in the parameters setting model)
During the max/min power adjustment, max/min setting should be in sequence, any reset has to be re-run

4.4 BURNER

The low NOx emission is realized by the low NOx burner, the inlet water go through the burner blades result
to cooling down the burner, thus a lower flame temperature is approached.

The burner is different depending of the power of the appliance (see table below)

The minimum ionization current is 3 micro Amp.
