LANDLEASE AGREEMENT

Eau Bleu Road Midlands, Co-owner of plot of land to the extent of a 0.75 Arpents

3165.65m², have agreed to lease the said plot of land to Emerald mix forming
Cooperative Society Ltd to caring out Goat Farming for a period of 20 years Starting
from March 2023 to February 2043 for the amount sum of Rs 3000 each
