7. Your Duty Timing Will be 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
8. You will be on probation Period for Six Month From date of Joining
9. You will devote full time tome to work of CAM TOOL and shall undertake any direct/indirect business or work,
honorary or remunerative, except with written permission of director.

10. Your designation is merely indicative of the responsibilities which you are required to carry out. CAM TOOL shall
be entitled to require you, at any time, to perform any other administrative, managerial supervisory, other
function and you shall be bound to carry out such function.
11. So, as you are in employment of CAM TOOL you will always, secrecy in respect of any technical trade or business
data or any other information that might come to your knowledge which according to CAM TOOLS are
necessarily confidential and form of property of CAM TOOLS
12. You shall maintain proper discipline and dignity of your office and shall deal withal matters with sobriety
13. You shall maintain and keep custody such a book register documents, and other papers as may issue to you and
may come in your possession and shall return some when required.
14. Its shall be open CAM TOOLS from time to time vary any information, benefits facility, or perquisite that may
extended to you on review of the decision.
15. You will be entitled paid leaves of 19/21 days in a year, After Completion of Probation Period
16. On leaving CAM TOOLS you will not take with you any data, information, letters, documents, or any other writing
or copy of writing of any nature whatsoever pertaining to the business of CAM TOOLS. You will confirm 1 months’
notice period before leaving job from CAN TOOL.
17. You will confirm service rules of CAM TOOLS.
18. The appointment and its continuous is subjected to year being found and medically fit. CAM TOOLS reserve the
right asks you to undergo medical examination when necessary
19. Your appointment is subject to your submitting marksheet /certificate in respect of all your educations and
relieving letter of your previous employer
20. Please return the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed in taken of acceptance of the terms and condition of
employment.
21. Your joining date is considered on 1st July of 2022 at CAM TOOL, CHAKAN, PUNE
