Acupressure
Acupressure is one of the types of massage therapy used in Traditional Chinese
Medicine. Instead of the needles used in acupuncture, finger pressure is used on
points along the meridians.
Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy massage is an alternative therapeutic technique which combines the
natural therapeutic properties of the essential oils (for treating both physical and
emotional conditions) and the healing power of massage therapy.
Hot stone massage
Hot stone massage combines the basic strokes of Swedish massage with the use of
hot stones to provide a deep, relaxing massage.
Indian head massage
The Indian head massage is also known as ChampissageTM, is a gentle massage
that is done on the head, face, neck, shoulders and upper arms.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This is a form of massage that stimulates the lymphatic system with gentle
massaging strokes. The light rhythmical massage encourages the lymphatic system
to eliminate metabolic waste products and excess fluid. The effects of Manual Lymph
Drainage are numerous and include general benefits to the nervous and muscular
systems.
Reflexology
Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, reflexology or zone therapy involves
manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot, hands, and ears that correspond to
other parts of the body. Reflexology involves application of pressure to these reflex

body's energy flow to stimulate self-healing and maintain balance in physical

Thai massage

comfortable clothes. No oils are used in Thai massage.

So many things in life are rushed - we'd like to make sure your treatment isn't one of
them! That's why we ask that you arrive about 15-20 minutes early for your
appointment so we can make sure that you are comfortable, prepared and get your
full treatment time.

Consultation
Our spa manager and spa receptionist are passionate about helping you look and
feel your best. To make this even easier, we invite you to fill in the consultation form
provided (don't worry - there are no wrong answers!).

Special attention
Please tell our receptionist if you are pregnant, have any injuries, are suffering from
high blood pressure, any allergies, or have had recent cosmetic surgery.

Valuables
The spa is a place to leave the world behind - and that includes your valuables! We
recommend that you leave your jewelry, cash, watches, mobile phones or other
valuables items either at home or in your room for safekeeping.

Clothing
This is one place you won't have to worry about a dress code! Just arrive in your
street clothes and we will provide you with a robe, slippers and disposable
underwear in your treatment room.

Younger guests
Guests under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by their parents and a
guardian's consent form must be signed.
