It is with very great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Shaina to support her
application as her English teacher and also a principal of Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan.
Shaina has been a remarkable student of mine in the field of English. Over the course of
the 2 years that I have had the pleasant time of teaching her, I have been continuously
impressed by her dedication and numerous accomplishments.

I first encountered with Shaina when she came to our school for her higher schooling,
she was always in the top students of English classes. As a new comer she worked very
well with others, mastered the subject and earned top score in English exam among
three sections and ranked 3rd in a class of 70 students. Shaina has a deep passion for
technology and have been one of the few exceptional gifted students that I have
encountered with in my teaching career as an English teacher. Among her many
achievements Shaina's performance on state level coding competition is
commendable. With her leadership of five fellow members and as a founder of our
school's young programmer team, she took part in a competition where she designed a
doughnut shop game. Proudly, she secured second place among 51 other teams,
bringing honour to our school.

She also has a deep interest in astrology which made her to write an article about the
"Singularity of Black Holes" which was published on an online platform acedmia.edu,
for her contribution she was acknowledged with a prestigious award at school in early
December 2021. She always tries something new and get out of her comfort zone which
add many skills to her personality like tutoring the juniors, taking various personality
development courses, being a part of school activities and trying herself with
freelancing platforms. During her final months of high school, seeking guidance from
teachers, she maintained her proactive approach to learning and engaged as an active
student.

In conclusion, I whole heartily recommend Shaina for the pursuit of her AI engineering
as she possesses a rare combination of intellectual powers, leadership abilities and a
genuine passion for learning. Her dedication, accomplishments and character make her
and outstanding candidate, she will be productive addition to your organisation.
