1. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1.1 BACKGROUND

The "English for All" foundation was started with the goal of bridging

the language learning gap and giving young people equal access to educational

opportunities. In today's globally interconnected society, where English

proficiency opens doors to better educational and employment opportunities,

the founders understood the value of English language proficiency. But they

also observed that a lot of youngsters, particularly those from underprivileged

backgrounds, did not have access to good language education because of

financial limitations.

1.2 PRODUCT/ SERVICE

For young people between the ages of 15 and 20, the foundation

provides an extensive English language learning program. The course covers

fundamental English abilities, starting at the beginning and advancing

progressively to higher levels. The practice materials, interactive exercises,

and engaging lessons are all specifically designed to meet the needs and

preferences of the intended audience. The program is delivered using a mix of

live classes, online resources, and online tutoring sessions to ensure flexibility

and accessibility.

1.3 DETECTION OF NEEDS

The "English for All" foundation was necessary because it became

clear that many young people were falling behind because they couldn't get

access to high-quality English education. English proficiency is a gateway to

educational and employment opportunities in a world that is becoming more

and more globalized. The foundation's founders saw the need to offer a

platform where underprivileged youth could learn English without financial

restrictions after realizing the lack of accessible and affordable options.

1.4 LOCATION – DESCRIPTION

The foundation's headquarters are in a neighborhood building with

excellent accessibility for the intended audience. The site was picked because

it is convenient to public transportation and because it is in or close to areas

with a sizable population of young people who are poor. This makes it

possible for students to access the center and take part in the program with

ease.

1.5 MACROLOCATION (INFLUENCE ENVIRONMENT OF THE

PROJECT)

Operating within a larger community that values education and social

advancement is the "English for All" foundation. Residential areas, nearby

schools, and community centers are mixed to form the macro location. The

neighborhood has demonstrated a willingness to support charitable endeavors

and social causes, fostering a supportive environment for the foundation's

activities.

2.ECONOMIC STRUCTURE OF THE MARKET

2.1 SERVICE DEMAND OR PRODUCT DEMAND

The demand for the "English for All" foundation's services is fueled by

the obvious lack of accessible English language instruction. The target

audience of young people between the ages of 15 and 20 lacks the financial

resources to participate in conventional language-teaching programs. The

growing acceptance of English proficiency as a valuable skill in local and

international contexts has an additional impact on this demand. The

foundation can anticipate a steady influx of students seeking to advance their

language abilities and increase their career opportunities because the program

provides a direct response to this demand by offering free English education.
