WHAT IS INSTRUMENT?
Instrument is the general term that researchers
use for a measurement device (survey, test,
questionnaire, etc.). To help distinguish
between instrument and instrumentation,
consider that the instrument is the device and
instrumentation is the course of action (the
process of developing, testing, and using the
device).

- Construct Validity can be defined as a characteristic or
concept that you cannot observe directly. However, you can
measure it by observing the indicators that are related to it.

CRITERION VALIDITY
- Criterion validity evaluates how well a test can predict a
concrete outcome, or how well the results of your test
approximate the results of another test.
