usability and passenger experience. Specifically, the study aims to address the

following questions:

1. To what extent do users perceive issues in usability and passenger experience in the

implementation of the new tricycle model in Dumaguete City?

1.1. How is the procurement process of the new tricycle model perceived by

users?

1.2. What are the challenges in transportation as experienced by passengers of

the new tricycle model?

1.3. How do users perceive warehousing/distribution practices related to the new

tricycle model?

1.4. What issues are identified in inventory management of the new tricycle

model?

1.5. How is information technology utilized and experienced by passengers in the

context of the new tricycle model?

2. Are there significant differences in the perception of usability and passenger

experience issues between the operators and the passengers of the new tricycle model

in Dumaguete City?
3. Based on the study findings, what recommendations can be proposed to improve the

usability and enhance passenger experience in the implementation of the new tricycle

model in Dumaguete City?
