    Present: Sh. Gurpreet Singh learned Addl. PP for the State.
    Accused produced in custody through video conferencing
    with learned counsel Sh. Mohit Dhupar Advocate.
    Witness mentioned at Sr No. 13 in the list of witnesses is
    present in person and his statement has been recorded as PW-8. Report
    of DNA is not yet received in this case. As such, letter is written to the
    Director, FSL, Phase-IV Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohai) for
    sending the DNA report of the victim as well as accused at the earliest.
    Let report be awaited for 02.02.2024.
