Today sir explained us about the
use of Section 21 of the Indian
Evidence Act Proof of
admissions against persons
making them and by or on their
behalf, and related case matrix.
For the upcoming week
Sir has asked us to do
some research work
related to Section 23 and
write an article for the
same.

Sir also explained us about the

Section 22 of the Indian
Evidence Act which deals with
the admissibility of oral
admissions as to the contents of
documents.
