The mayor's permit (business permit) issued to the former owner shall be
surrendered to the
municipal treasurer, thru the office of the mayor, who shall cancel the same in his
records.
3. Any person who was granted a permit to operate or conduct retail store in this
barangay who d transferred his business to another shall inform in writing the
Barangay Treasurer or the Punong Barangay, within ten (10) days of such transfer
and submit a sworn statement of the gross sales or receipt of his business for the
current year.
4. The Punong Barangay shall issue other necessary rules and regulation for the
effective implementation of this article.
ARTICLE V-SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES

SECTION 12. IMPOSTION OF FEE - There is hereby imposed fees, charges or rental fee
for the use barangay-owned properties, service vehicle or facilities such as
basketball court, tennis court, solar dryer and other similar service facilities.
SECTION 13. TIME AND MANNER OF PAYMENT - Service fees, charges or rental fee
imposed under this article shall be paid to the barangay treasurer after the
application or request to use or rent the barangay- owned property, service vehicle
and other similar service facilities is granted.
ARTICLE V (A) - RENTAL FEE ON BARANGAY-OWNED PROPERTIES OR EQUIPMENT

SECTION 14. DISCOUNT - No fee is collected to barangay residents for tent and 20
pieces chairs when use during death of a family member.
SECTION 15. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVITIONS - It shall be the responsibility of the user
to provide gasoline and operate to item 3, 4, and 9.
SECTION 16. OTHER PROVITIONS - Borrowed item should be return in fine condition;
damaged item to be replaced by the borrower.
ARTICLE VI-BUSINESS CLEARANCE FEES
SECTION 17. IMPOSITION OF FEES - There is hereby imposed a fee for issuance of
barangay clearance as follows:
