We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company. We are Pte Ltd was established
2017 in Singapore and is a supplier contractor of reclamation sand, river / concrete sand, granite
aggregates armorrocks and (construction access aquipment). Our employs 20 over staff across
different spesialized field and issued the importers license by Building Construction Authority (BCA )
Housing Development Board (HDB) and Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) of Singapore wh ich strictly
regulates its applicatian and approval and was registe red as a S1, S2 and S3 supplier (highest grade)
of Basic Construction Materials with the BCA S2 grade allow tender government project of unlimited
contract sum. Our company has capability to dredge transport and discharge river and sea sand and
stones, we have sand sources from Philliphines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Timor Leste, Vietnam and
Malaysia.

We know about sea sand, concrete and marine sand from Indonesia is best quality and short
distance for the reclamation project and your company have the exlusive access for exporting that.
we believe your company has very potential. it is in this respect that we would like to extend our
interest in forming in partnership or joint venture with your company for exporting of reclamation
sand from Indonesia to Singapore.

We, Prospersure International Pte Ltd , on behalf of the Principal Buyer, with the full corporate
and legal responsibility are ready, willing and able to purchase the product, marine sand from
your company subject to mutually agreed commercial covenants of final contract on the
following term and condition :

1. Commodity : Marine Sand

2. Destination : Singapore
3. Country of Origin : Indonesia (Riau Islands Waters or West Kalimantan Waters)
4. Quantity : 5,000.000.000 M³ (Cubic)
5. Price : According to Goverment of Indonesia Regulations (Negotiate)
6. Term of Payment : Letter of Credit Usance Payable at Sight
7. Inspection : CIQ/SGS at discharging destination
8. Additional Requirement from buyer
• Test report of marine sand from accredited laboratory.
• Dredging, Mining and Export licenses at and from the concession area to be issued
by the National Government

• Location map of the concession area, with full documentation of the concession
given by the government concerned;
• The company profile of the concessionary of the site supplying the marine sea bed
sand, if possible with records of past shipments
