1. Fire Protection Specialist Stamp and Signs are missing in the submittal cover page.
2. Calculation to be provided for the selection of Cylinder quantity and capacity.
3. KTR to verify and confirm the proposed 12 tanks will not obstruct any operations and maintenance of other services.
4. All Valves, Pipes, Fittings and Accessories using in 200 bar Pressure shall be submitted and highlighted the Pressure Rating and Test
Pressure for each.
5. 3rd party Pressure Test Certificates to be provided for all Equipment and Materials.
6. for the Provided NITROGEN TANK & PRV LAYOUT, Kindly see the below comments:
a. Project Name is missing
b. VASS, QDC and FPS Sign and Stamp are missing
c. NITROGEN TANK & PRV Plan drawing to be provided.
d. Special Protection for the Nitrogen cylinders to be provided.
e. Sequence of operations to be mentioned.
7. TEST & GUARANTEE and WARRANTY CERTIFICATES shall be as per Project Contract.
