Project team structure and responsibilities

The project team is headed by the Project Planning Manager (“PPM”) to control and manage design and procurement activities
Ÿ The number of PPMs assigned to a project is either one or two depending on the size of the project

Each project team consists of an execution team and a liaisoning team

Ÿ The liaisoning team is responsible for coordinating approvals from the client and other applicable authorities

The PPM conceptualises and designs a checklist for 3 critical aspects of the project:
