2 Seat belt buckle

Check
If a customer refuses replacement of a
damaged seat belt, an appropriate
endorsement must be made on the repair
order
1 Pull belt (1) all the way out and check for any If any fibers are cut through or if there are any
signs of damage chafing marks or any other signs of damage
(as a separate order):
Replace seat belt. AR91.40-P-0630AK
Replace rear seat belt AR91.40-P-0681AK
Replace center rear seat belt AR91.40-P-0683AK
2 Check seat belt (1) for twisting If problem exists, check whether seat belt is
twisted behind the trim through 180°, in this
case subject to separate repair
order:
Remove/install seat belt AR91.40-P-0630AK
Remove/install rear seat belt AR91.40-P-0681AK
Remove/install rear center seat belt AR91.40-P-0683AK
3 Check lock function of inertia reel by pulling If complaint is reported, process under
out the belt (1) quickly separate order:
Replace seat belt. AR91.40-P-0630AK
Replace rear seat belt AR91.40-P-0681AK
Replace center rear seat belt AR91.40-P-0683AK
4 Check seat belt buckle (2) for damage and If complaint is reported, process under
correct latching of latch plate (3) separate order:
Replace seat belt buckle (2) at front seat. AR91.40-P-1515AK
Replace rear seat belt buckle (2) AR91.40-P-1516AK
