NARRATIVE
REPORT
Year End Party

1. Planning of Activities (November 22, December 1, and December 12, 2023)

Preparations for our school's Year End party were in full swing, encompassing a range of
activities and competitions tailored for students across different grade levels. The festivities were
scheduled to commence with a Classroom Party, running from 9 am to 1 pm and setting a lively tone
throughout the school.

The school's Student Executive Leadership Group (SELG) and Student Supreme Leadership
Government (SSLG) members gathered in the Audio Visual Room for a general assembly, led by
Teacher Jerrymie Calimlim. The meeting primarily focused on outlining the proposed Year End
Celebration, presenting various activities to the attendees. The much-anticipated Raffle for the Year
End Party was highlighted as a key element, promising an exciting surprise for the fortunate winners.

Towards the end of the assembly, responsibilities were assigned to each member of the
organization, covering diverse tasks such as coordinating the Nativity scene, overseeing judging
processes, managing elementary dance performances, organizing the Lantern competition, directing
Acapella performances, handling certificates, overseeing the raffle, managing tabulation, controlling
lights and sounds, arranging the physical setup, managing the stage and floor, handling food
arrangements, documenting the event, managing finances, ensuring security, and overseeing the
program committee. This comprehensive distribution of tasks aimed to ensure a well-coordinated
and successful Year End Celebration.

reparation for the Year-End Party

(December 13 to December 14, 2023)

The SELG and SSLG members started the preparations on December 13 to 14. The primary agenda for
the days encompassed the decoration of the stage and the Belen, essential components to create an enchanting
atmosphere for the impending festivities. The anticipation for the event was heightened by the expectation of
opening remarks, anticipated to be delivered by either Sir Lawrence Medina or Sister, imparting an official
touch to the proceedings.

A distinguished panel of judges, including Nika Ponce, Josephine Jones, and ___________ alongside
Sister Irene, was carefully selected. Sister Celina was duly informed of Sister Irene's significant role, and
criteria for judging were meticulously outlined to ensure fairness and transparency in the competitions. Security
arrangements also underwent strategic changes, with designated positions facilitating seamless rotation for
optimal viewing of the program by all attendees.

The estimated expenses for the event were pegged at 25,000 pesos, with well-defined prize categories.
The 1st prize promised a bountiful 25-kilo supply of rice and groceries worth 1,300 to 1,000 pesos, the 2nd
prize featured 1,000 pesos in rice and 500 pesos in groceries, and the 3rd prize included 500 pesos in groceries
and an additional 500-peso item. Consolation prizes were thoughtfully set at five sets of 200 pesos each.

A surprise element was introduced, with teachers scheduled to perform before the Nativity scene. The
Program Committee, responsible for informing the Master of Ceremonies and preparing the script, ensured the
smooth flow of events. Besides this, details for the Nativity scene were also prepared, emphasizing a significant
highlight at the end.

Recapping the timeline, a meeting occurred on December 12, with preparations spanning from
December 13 to 14, culminating in the grand Year End Celebration on December 15. The outlined plans and
meticulous considerations reflected a thorough and organized approach to ensure the success of the festive
event.
