YOGA
REFLECTION
I felt relaxed when doing yoga, and it helps to calm my physical and mental
health. This workout made me feel more healthier on the inside and out, and it also
made me feel more physically flexible. Yoga fitness allows me to increase my
physical strength, such as my balance and posture, and it also helps me to relieve
stress. As a student with a lot of schoolwork to do and spending the entire day
sitting down, which has resulted in back discomfort, yoga helps me to relieve my
back pain. That is why I enjoy performing yoga fitness since, first and foremost, it
is not exhausting and has numerous physical and mental benefits.
