As part of standardization and streamlining of our processes, please be informed

that effective 1st November 2021 staff claim reimbursement process will be via
MEX. This is the only mode of payment adapted and payment option via checkroll
will be discontinued.

Attached in Appendix 1 is the process flow on staff claim reimbursement via MEX
for your reference.
