LAPTOP LCD SCREEN TESTER

User Manual

1.Instruction:
This tester used to check screen surface status:
a. If have dead pixel
b. If have bad point area
c. This tester is a universal tester, can test most laptop screen, size between 10.1~18.4 inch.
Current 8.9" 10.0" HSD121PHW1 and some strange model screen still no the right cable to test.
If customer want test these screen, need design the right cable for these model.

2.Tester working parts:

a. Tester mainly board
b. Testing cable
3. Tester adapter 12v 3a,4a,5a all can use, connector size 5.5*2.5mm

3.Testing cable instruction:

30pin LCD high and normal resolution,40pin high and normal resolution testing cable are most
popular,especially 40pin LED normal resolution testing cable.
Apple 9.7"/11.6"/13.3" testing cable also have,depends on customer choose if they want to check apple screen.

Matters need attention( for LED and LCD):
a. When use must according to our instruction
b. Step 1 the white point must face to the black arrows, if plug wrong, when light the screen the tester
and screen will damage immediately.
c. Step 4 must keep put this button on 3.3V when tester laptop screen.5V is used to tester 18.4" laptop
screen. 12V is used to tester TV screen (>22").
Don't suggest to test screen size more than 22",if need test, should add another lamp inverter, can't
use the tester lamp CCFL connector.

5.Result:
a. After connect well,the tester will change the screen picture as below:

6.Regular Maintenance:
a. When don't use the tester, take off the power adapter connector
b. After continue test 30 minutes, take off the power adapter to let the tester have a few rest. When
tester board cool down, can test continuely.
