1 bunch of fresh broccoli (2 pounds)


Ingredients: 1 ½ to 2 cups uncooked small pasta shells
2 tomatoes
2 bunches green onions
Dressing
5 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon Vinegar
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Cut broccoli, cook in lightly salted until crisp- tender at same time cook pasta in salted
Directions: boiling water until tender. Drain cook broccoli and pasta, refrigerator until chilled. Dice
tomatoes, slice green onions. Combine broccoli, pasta, tomatoes and onion.
Beat oil, sugar, and vinegar until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing
over salad.
