Application Notes
AddCrete SC1100 is liquid alkali free
accelerator for shotcrete applied wet-spraying.
Dosage depends of concrete and ambient
temperature, cement reactivity, strengths and
curing effect. Overdose can reduce final
strengths.
AddCrete SC1100 achieves optimal results,
recommendation is to use fresh cement.
Effectiveness also caused by composition of
aggregates and additives, as well as
water/cement ratio.
AddCrete SC1100 is added at nozzle.
Piston pumps are not very suitable for dosing.
No filter must be used for the suction tube to
avoid blockage. Constant and accurate dosing
must be ensured. After long-term storage

AddCrete SC1100 must not be stored in steel
containers. Storage containers have to be
closed tightly to avoid water evaporation which
can resulting formation of film at surface. All
necessary tests have to be carried out before
use. Recommended dosage at range of 4 % to
6 % calculated to cement quantity.
