Leadership Skills:
Leadership skills are the abilities that you use to guide coworkers toward successful outcomes with
workplace objectives. Whether you're overseeing a company or managing a project, your leadership
skills can inspire others to reach their shared goals. (Birt,2023) Effective leaders inspire and motivate
others. They create a positive and encouraging environment that fosters enthusiasm and strong work
ethic.
Global Networking:
A global network is a communication network that spans the entire earth. Global networks might also
refer to networks of individuals ,communities and organizations worldwide which, for instance, might
have formed for the management, mitigation and resolve of global issues. (Harasim, 1993)
Risk Management:
Risk management is the process of identifying, assessing and controlling financial, legal, strategic and
security risks to an organization’s capital and earnings. These threats, or risks, could stem from a wide
variety of sources, including financial uncertainty, legal liabilities, strategic management errors,
accidents and natural disasters. (IBM, n.d.)
