B1 How do I apply for the Tuition Grant For eligible SC:
Scheme?
You will be awarded the Tuition Grant if you make a declaration on your eligibility using the Tuition Grant
Declaration Form. There is no need for you to apply for the Tuition Grant Scheme in the MOE TGonline
System.

You can approach your institution for more details on how you can be included under the scheme.

For eligible SPR and IS:

You will need to make a declaration on your eligibility using the Tuition Grant Option form, and apply for
the Tuition Grant Scheme through the MOE TGonline system during the stipulated Tuition Grant
application period.

You can refer to the online application guide (https://tgonline.moe.gov.sg/docs/Activation-


ApplicationGuide.pdf) for step-by-step instructions on how to submit an application in TGonline system.

Your application is subject to MOE’s approval. If you do not apply by the specified deadline, or if your
application is not approved, you will have to pay the non-subsidised fees.

also ensure that the witnessing party signs the agreement.
iv) Ask your sureties to send the hardcopy of the signed agreement to you by courier service.
v) Bring the original hardcopy of the signed agreement to the signing exercise during the
stipulated date where you will sign the agreement in the presence of your institution
administrator.
