    To Whom It May Concern:

    Hello, Good day! I am Carla Mae P. Ondangan with a student number of 19868181 from University of Cebu Main
    Campus in the Department of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I am writing this for request to change my
    enrollment from SY 2022-2023 to summer 2022. The reason of my request to change my enrollment is I am supposedly
    taking the HM 214 subject this summer 2022 but then my first application got disapprove because of I have a grade that
    is below 2.5 so I need to wait for my final grades to arrive or I can ask my teachers for a certification that I passed the
    subject, since I already have my grades. I attempted to enroll again and I chose the incorrect school year for my
    application and it got approved. I already message our department Dean about it and he advised me to write you a
    letter.
