15% TIMELINESS (The allocated task is completed on schedule, as set by the leader)

15% PARTICIPATION (Being an active participant in tasks and group meetings)

5% ATTENDANCE (Being present when the leader arranged meeting times)

5% IMPACT (The allocated member's overall performance over this past week)
