of Common Law Peace Bond
I instruct my lawyer Kyle Hofmann, or any other lawyer or student at law, instructed by my
lawyer, to enter into a Common Law Peace Bond for a period of 12 months on my behalf in
relation to the following matters:
Information Numbers: 211227780P1 – 264.1(1)(A) – Uttering Threats (2 counts)

I confirm that:
1. I am voluntarily instructing my counsel to enter into the Common Law Peace Bond on my
behalf and am neither being pressured nor coerced;
2. That this instruction is NOT an admission of the essential elements of the offence(s) I have
been charged with, but may require an admission that there is a reasonable basis to believe
that I may breach the peace;
3. That I will be bound to the following terms for the duration of the Common Law Peace Bond:
a) I will attend court if and when required;
b) I will provide an undertaking to keep the peace and be of good behaviour;
c) I will not go to SRx Pharmacy located at #260 - 4525 Monterey AVE NW, Calgary AB;
d) I will not have any contact, direct or indirect with Daniel BURTON and Melodie
SPIELMAN; and
e) I will provide a $1,000.00 pledge to the Court.
4. I acknowledge that the Court is not bound by any agreement between myself and the Crown
Prosecutor and may not grant the Common Law Peace Bond.
