I’m going to talk about the situation.
If my volunteer group was organizing a trip to help children in remote areas,
I would choose the (first/ second/ third) option – Book.
I think the first option – book would be the most suitable.
There are many reasons for this.
Firstly/ first/ to begin with, thanks to / when children read books/ books help
children to open my mind. As you know/ Actually children in remote areas are
poor, they don’t have money to buy books. So, I will give them books about
science, history, nature, math and so on.
Secondly/Second/Moreover/Besides/Next/ Furthermore, maybe I will give
them some fun books like comics. Thanks to that, they can lift up their mood
in their free time.
Thirdly/Third/ Last but not least, children in remote areas don’t have chance
to study English, so I will give them English books. It is a good way for them to
learn English.
The second option (money) is not a good choice because/ the reason is that
I’m a student and I don’t have much money/ children don’t know how to use
money.
I don’t choose clothes because I don’t know how to choose clothes for
children/ My clothes are not suitable for their culture/ tradition. Other people
give them a lot of clothes, so I want to give them something different.
I don’t choose clothes although clothes are necessary for children in winter,
they can keep on cold days. But actually/ in fact/ books are more important/
suitable/ necessary than clothes.

If my friend’s birthday was coming, and I wanted to buy him a present, I would
choose the first option – A Book.
There are many reasons for this.
Firstly, thanks to reading books, he can open his mind. Actually, he is a book
lover, so I will buy books for him such as math, history, science and so on.
Secondly, Perhaps I will buy him some fun books like comic. Thanks to that, he
can lift up his mood and reduce stress after stressful days at school.
Last but not least, Actually, he's going to have an english tests next week, so
English book is good present for him to learn English.
The second option (a shirt) is not a good choice. (A Shirt is aslo a good choice,
but I find it’s hard to buy him a suitable one. I don’t know exactly what
size fits him.) The reason is that other people buy him a lot of clothes, so I want
to buy something more special.
I don’t choose a pair of movie tickets. The reason is that he goes to the cinema
all the time and I don’t have much money to buy it.
In conclusion, a book is the best choice present for him.

choose the first option –Handmade card.
There are many reasons for this.
Handmade card is a meaningful present. Whenever she looks at the card, she
can recall our friendship/unforgettable memories/moments.Moreover, I believe
that present will help tighten our friendship.
I am good at make handmade card so I will make a beautiful card for her.
Buying a bouquet of flower is also a good choice, however it quite costs a lot of
money,because nowadays fresh flowers are quite expensive
I don’t choose a photo frame because a photo frame is not her thing.

If I was going to have a birthday party and many friends had invited, I would
choose the first option – At home
There are many reasons for this.
Firstly, having a party at home is more comfortable and less expensive. We can
talk together. Thanks to that, we can tighten our friendship.
Secondly, I’m a cook lover so I want to prepare my own cake and delicious food
for my friends.
The second option(restaurant) is not a good choice because I don’t have a lot of
money. I think holding a party at a restaurant is also a good idea but it’s not as
cozy as at home./ it costs a lot of money.
I don’t choose Karaoke bar. The reason is that I’m not good at singing.

choose the second option –Hoan Kiem Lake.
There are many reasons for this.
Firstly, Hoan Kiem Lake is one of the most attractive places where attracts a lof
of tourists in HN capital because it is peaceful, cutural, historical place.
+Secondly, When you visit Hoan Kiem Lake, you can go for a walk around the
lake and take a lot of pictures. Thanks to that, you can reduce stress and enjoy
the beauty of nature.
+Last but not least, When you get there, you can know a legend about Le Loi
King and how to save our country. Thanks to that, you can open my mind and
dig deep into our history.
The first option (HCM Mausoleum) is not a good choice. The reason is that
maybe you visit HCM Mausoleum many times, so I want to take you to another
special place.
I don’t choose Hanoi Museum because I find it is far and you must pay the
entrance fees.
When he gets there/ he stays there, he can ….
There are many trees, flowers and a big lake so they can enjoy fresh air.
Moreover, if he is keen on fishing, he can go fishing there/ do it there. Thanks to
that, they can satisfy his passion and have a lot of fun.
Besides, around the lake, there are a lot of fun activities. => giai tri thanks to
that, they can reduce stress and take my tiredness away.

quite boring, especially with young people.

If I was going on a weekend holiday, I would choose the second option – Going
with friends.
There are many reasons for this.
Going with MY family. ACTUALLY, I LIVE VERY FAR AWAY FROM MY
FAMILY, SO AT THE WEEKEND, I WANT TO COME BACK HOME AND
SPEND MY HOLIDAY WITH MY PARENTS.
- Going with friends (WHO HAVE THE SAME INTERESTS) => SO WE
CAN TAKE PART IN DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES.
IF WE GO TO THE BEACH, WE CAN GO SWIMMING, PLAY WATER
SPORTS, TRY EXTREME SPORTS), DO SOMETHING CRAZY

have quality time with my friends.
The first option isn’t a good choice. The reason is that he has to work during
weekdays.
Although going alone is a good idea, I don’t choose it because I feel lonely and

If My cousin was a freshmen at university in Ha Noi , I would choose the third
option –stay with a relative.
There are many reasons for this.
Firstly, staying with a relative is money-saving. He doesn’t have to pay for the
accommodation/food/electricity bills.thank to that he can save a lot of money.
Secondly, I find it is safe to live with a relative. If I’m living with relative , I
will have quiet atmosphere so I can focus on studying.
Last but not least, when staying with a relative, he can strengthen relationship
and become closer.
I don’t think the first option is a good choice. The reason is that I find it is
difficult to get on well with all his roommates so sometimes it is stressful.
I don’t choose to rent a flat with his friends because the rent is too expensive.
To sum up, the third option is the best choice for him.

Making a phone call.
The first reason is that I want to make her surprised. The second reason is that

privacy .
posting on facebook is not a good idea because my friend is timid she don’t
want to draw attention from others.
Although sending her a birthday card is a good idea, I don’t choose it. because I
don’t have time to choose a suitable card and write good words
Posting birthday wishes on facebook timeline is the most direct, convenient and
fastest way in the modern society because everybody uses fb as a means of
communication everyday. +Posting on facebook is also a soft remind which
encourages other people to make bestwishes to my close friend
-Phoning a call may cost much money than posting on fb and sometimes when
my friend is busy working, she cannot pick up the phone
- Sending a card can take longer time for both me and my friend who have to go
to the postoffice and wait for the birthday card
