Notice under section 133(6) of Income-tax Act,1961

In connection with the assessment proceedings in the case of PRASHANT BHIMRAO KAPSE, PLOT
NO 05 SHRINIKETAN,COMPLEX NARGUNDLKAR, LAYOUT DEONAGAR KHAMLA,ROAD,
NAGPUR, (PAN:AMFPK1649C), for the Assessment Year 2016-17, kindly furnish the following
information:-

During the course of assessment proceedings in the case of Sh. Prashant Bhimrao Kapse having
PAN AMFPK1649C it has been noticed that Sh. Prashant Bhimrao Kapse has purchased Plot no. 3
situated at Kanphade Nagar, in the Layout of Millind Gruhnirman Sahakari Sanstha and under 572
Layout development scheme of Nagpur Improvement Trust, Mouza from Sh. Kishore Pancham
Satpute. In this regard it is requested to please provide a copy of the registered sale deed dated
08/05/2003 at Sr. no. 627 executed in the favour of Sh. Prashant Bhimrao Kapse.

As the time limitation is involved in the case, a timely reply alonwith sale-deed shall be highly
appreciated.

2. The Information is required to be furnished by 01/12/2023 electronically by uploading it through

email at reply.notice.neac@incometax.gov.in. The DIN of this notice should mandatorily be
mentioned in the subject of your e-mail. Replies without DIN shall not be regarded as
compliance to the notice.

3. Failure to furnish the above information by the due date may lead to penalty u/s 272A(2) of the
Income-tax Act, 1961 @ Rs. 500/- per day of default.
