Introduction
• The delineated flowchart displayed is mainly used to show a certain
process, to improve it, to see which variables could be deficient in said
processes, to avoid bottlenecks; which are deficiencies that can cause
delay, mistake, problems to a certain process. It is a detailed
description of a certain process, in this case the production of an order
for t-shirts in the company "Textiles Tec".
• In this work two diagrams are shown, the first one shows step by step
how to place an order for special t-shirts, from the moment the
customer places the order until it is delivered. The second diagram is
about the production process of the shirts, it shows each one of the
areas of the process.
