Background and Rationale of the Planned JEL


After we reviewed my PCRF and had some discussions together with our Head Teacher, we found out that there is a
need for me to improve my planning and delivering teaching strategies to those learners who are in difficult circumstances
particularly geographically isolated students. It was evident in my RPMS Tool that I’ve got 4.0 in this specific Key Results
Area.

Plan (WAP)
The learner will conduct JOB SHADOWING as part of the JEL Plan. His mentor will be discussing differentiated instructions and
strategies, Personalized learning plan and Progress Monitoring Plan to address the special educational needs of the students in
difficult circumstances. It will be held on November 8-9, 2021 via face to face platform guided with IATF implemented protocols. At
the end of the session, the learner is expected to craft a personalized learning plan, implement differentiated instructions and monitor
student’s progress using Student’s Progress Monitoring Plan.

Terminal Objective
Planned and delivered teaching strategies that are responsive to the special educational needs of learners in difficult circumstances,
including geographic isolation, chronic illness, displacement due to armed conflict, urban resettlement or disasters, child abuse and
child labor practices.
