MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) made and entered into this 15th day
of January, 2024, by and between:
WITNESSETH, that:
WHEREAS, DEPED has approved the construction of solar dryer vis a vis learners’
recreational area in a portion of the school owned land.
WHEREAS, the BARANGAY ensures that upon the completion of the said project, its
ownership and the management of its operation as recreational facility or as income
generating facility shall be vested to the school as it is included as asset of the school.
WHEREAS, the BARANGAY assures that the construction of the project will not hamper
learners learning engagement and other school activities.
WHEREAS, the DEPED, is mandated to take good care and use the facility for educational
and institutional purposes only.
WHEREAS, the parties, considering their respective obligations, mandates, resources, and
expertise have agreed to work together to accomplish these project to commence On
January 15, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and in pursuance
of their desire to cooperate in a defined area and in recognition of shared interest in
strengthening cooperation and partnership towards wholistic development of the learners and
sustainability of the school, DEPED and BARANGAY have reached the following
agreement:
GENERAL AGREEMENT
1.1 Subject to their respective rights and obligations as set out in this Agreement, the Parties
shall cooperate and endeavor to achieve the following:
(b) Provide policy and guidelines on its usage, operations, and maintenance; and
(c) Ensures that its usage, operations, and maintenance will not hinder learning
engagement and disruption of classes and other school activities.
(b) Help in the construction of perimeter fence particularly along the vicinity of the said
project to prevent from entering of outsiders and to safeguard the welfare of the
personnel and learners; and
(c) Protect the interest of the school and supports its development including the
utilization of the said project.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
SUBSCRIBE AND SWORN BEFORE ME this 16 th Day of January, 2024 at, personally
Cotabato, known to me and to be known to be the same person executed the foregoing
contract and acknowledgment that the same in their free act and deed.
