AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL
I, MICHAEL DUDES YANDOC, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a resident of #650
Kadenang Kristal, Sapang Biabas, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state, that:

1. On January 8, 2024, a certain MISCHA BESMONTE messaged me through Facebook messenger,

and told me that she was scammed by a Facebook account with the name “DUDES YANDOC”;

2. Later that same day, I received two messages from two different individuals with the names of
ANGEL M. DECLARO and SUN JI, telling me again that they were scammed by a Facebook
account with the name “DUDES YANDOC”. The said account was allegedly selling cellular
phones;

3. I hereby declare that while my true and correct name is MICHAEL DUDES YANDOC, I am not
the same person who scammed the above-mentioned persons and I am not the owner of the
Facebook account with the name of “DUDES YANDOC”;

4. I understand the contents of this affidavit and I know that I can be held liable for perjury if proven
that I am not telling the truth;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for purposes of
denying that I am the person with the Facebook Account name of DUDES YANDOC.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 9 th day of January 2024 in the City of
Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga.
