DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

Know all men by this present:

This deed of assignment of proprietary rights interest and participation entered into by and
between:

ANTONIO DELOS REYES ENCISO JR., of legal age, Filipino citizens, and a resident
of Purok 9, Anunas, Angeles City, Pampanga, hereinafter referred to as the “ASSIGNOR”;

-AND-

ROLLY MENDIOLA SEVILLA, of legal age, Filipino citizens, and with residence address
at100-A Lanzones Clarkview, Angeles City, Pampanga, hereinafter referred to as the “ASSIGNEE”
;

WITNESSETH:

1. That the Assignor is owners of a parcel of land with a house, situated in Nepoville Purok 4B,
Anunas, Angeles City;

2. That for and in total consideration of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php130,000.00) Philippine Currency, of which is hereby received by the ASSIGNOR to his
full satisfaction, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, cedes and transfer unto the ASSIGNEE, the
ASSIGNOR’s proprietary rights, interest and participation over the said house;

3. That it is hereby agreed and understood that this deed of assignment embodies and contains
the assignment of all rights of the ASSIGNOR over the property including but not limited to
the proprietary rights interest and participation of the assignor and owner over the property;

4. That the parties have voluntary entered into this contract and the ASSIGNOR understands
that the ASSIGNEE has acquired the ASSIGNOR’s property rights, entered and participated
over the subject property as the lawful possessor of the house, situated in the situated in
Nepoville Purok 4B, Anunas, Angeles City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures and notarial seal in
Angeles City, this 18th day of August 2022.
