This study examined the nutritional status and determinants of malnutrition in children under three years old in Nghean, Vietnam. The study found high rates of stunting and underweight children. Factors associated with malnutrition included the child's age, birth weight, breastfeeding practices, vaccination status, and socioeconomic characteristics of the family such as parental education levels and household income. Addressing these determinants could help reduce malnutrition rates in the region.
