ATTENDEES: PARENTS/GUARDIANS, CO-ADVISERS, AND SUBJECT TEACHERS

The homeroom meeting started at 1:00 PM in 7-Esmero classroom. Prior to the

conduct of the General PTA Meeting which will be held at TNHS covered court. The
teacher leads the prayer before all the agenda were presented.
1. Election Curriculum Officers SY 2023-2024
The teachers facilitated the election of the Grade 7 Curriculum PTA officers for
this School year. The parents decided to agree by appointing officers for certain
positions and other positions where filled in by division of the house.
2. Election of General PTA Officers SY 2023-2024
The school principal facilitated the over all election for the General PTA officers.
All the teachers were visible during the election and the parents shown active
participation during the conduct of the election of officers.
3. Others
Due to the merging of sections the current situation of the 7-Esmero class has a
total of 64 students inside the classroom. As a result, most of the learners were
experiencing hyperventilation. In line with this major concern, the parents agreed to
have Homeroom project to address the issue. Therefore, the body agreed to have a
collection of 120 pesos each per student in order to purchase 4 wall fans for the
classroom (7-Esmero). For the 7-Bejerano the parents agreed to have 2 wall fans and 1
ceiling fans, 2 long table and 2 benches. Thus, they will collect 160 pesos per student.

 The meeting ended at 3:00pm. The parents after gathered at the TNHS covered
court for the general PTA election and for other important matter to address particularly
the current status of the learners in the classrooms.
