I am writing to inform you that I will be tendering my resignation as Accounts Specialist of Minchar Inc.
an affiliate Jacobi Carbons Philippines Inc. Therefore, I would like to give 30 days’ notice, effective from
this date. My last day of employment will be on September 23, 2021.

I am resigning as I have decided to take a chance on the opportunity that is knocking on my door. This
was a difficult decision to make, especially with the current situation that the team and the world is
facing right now.

I would like to thank you and the team for the unconditional support and guidance you have given me
during my stay. Being an Accounts Specialist in this company has exposed me to many opportunities and
honed my skills – Minchar/Jacobi being the first company I’ve worked with after getting my degree.

Rest assured I will assist you and the team with the transition of my job and responsibilities. Please do
let me know if there is any other help I can offer to make this a smooth process.

Once again, I would like to thank you and the team for all the guidance and assistance during my stint
