CAS November reflection

This was a challenging and fast-paced month. We were going to take the IBDP
program's first term test. Taking a break from studying proved to be an
excellent way to reduce stress and maybe avoid boredom in the future.

Playing volleyball with my friends and adjusting to the game's tempo felt
great for relieving the stress that had built up in my body. The lessons were
enjoyable, and I could see that I was improving each time. We made sure to
congratulate every member of our squad after every game, which created a
positive memory. I'm thrilled that I was able to organize and begin my latest
painting. I've overcome a big boulder in front of me, so I can now concentrate
entirely on the details and making my artwork. I took a leave of absence from
my CAS coordinator and didn't attend any services since I was attending
IELTS courses at a location that was fairly far from school.

Despite how difficult this month has been, I'm happy that we overcame
significant challenges and enjoyed the new year. After a demanding academic
day, maintaining CAS activities this month requires a great deal of
commitment and consistency. This month has taught me that no matter what
you do, you must do it with passion if you want to get the results you want.
