Generate crisp customer communication materials on our products &solutions
for our Sales teams.
Ensure revenue expectations are met in a competitive market and
developstrategies to achieve continuous revenue growth, profitability,
andmarket diversification.
Work closely with key customers and develop relationships to ensurelong-term
business success
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams worldwide and provideclear
guidance on our product positioning & pricing strategies.
Work with product management team to provide short(1-2 yr) and longterm(3-
5yr) forecasts to enable proper capacity planning and meet revenue targets.
Develop distribution strategy, including digital marketing, definerequisite
collateral, to enable effective mass-market engagement.
Develop market models (TAM/SAM/SOM) for the key markets
Travel 25% of the time to collaborate with internal teams and customer
engagements

Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

BSEE or equivelant, Business degree is a plus


5+ years in semiconductor related technical marketing roles in Power
Management ICs
Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions with limited information
Excellent communication skills to promote our products/solutions effectively to
customers & internal teams
Ability to clearly articulate ideas, market trends and strategies tointernal teams
Extremely motivated, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
environment
Ability to make clear decisions during product developments & steerlarge teams
effectively ensure timely execution of the products
Solid understanding of pricing methodologies & tactics to ensureprofitable, long-
term business wins with customers
