Good Day!

The undersigned student expressed her intention to undertake the Practice Teaching. She is a 4th-year student of the
College of Teacher Education taking a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. As a 4th year student, she
is willing and making it necessary to take the Practice Teaching in the Second Semester of School Year 2023-2024
as one of the requirements of the department. She is encouraged to collaborate with other practice student teachers
and follow the instructions of her supervisor. About that, she is willing to submit the requirements given by the College
of Teacher Education for the improvement of her teaching career. Additionally, she is willing to be part of Bacongco
National High School, the school she is assigned together with her cooperating teacher in participating and engaging
in teaching practices. Thus, she is committed to practice what is ethical towards the students and her cooperating
teacher for the enhancement of her characteristics in practice teaching.
