STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The problem that we seek to solve is the harmful impact of bias and
discrimination created by artificial intelligence systems on many aspects of society,
which results in societal inequalities and unfairness.

HYPOTHESIS

As artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into society, there is rising

concern that it will continue social inequality by biasing and discriminating against
those who are marginalized. The use of AI in decision-making processes can lead to
unfair results due to inherent discrimination in data and algorithms that reinforce
existing social inequalities, thus it's vital to create devices that recognize and mitigate
these biases to ensure responsible AI use that promotes equity in society.
