III. Reflections and Learnings During and After the Pizza Making
What are the important things you have learned during and after the Pizza
Making?
The important things I have learned during and after the pizza making, the first thing is to have
personal hygiene by washing your hands before and after touching some things especially in
making a pizza in order to avoid cross contamination in our food. Second, I learned a lot from
manager Amy in assisting us in kitchen tour. Third, is to wear PPE such as apron, hairnet and
mask before making a pizza and entering a kitchen so that we can successfully made a pizza with
no bacteria present on it.
How do you see yourself working in the hospitality and business industry in the
future?
• I see myself working in the hospitality and business industry in the future that I am
hardworking and have dedication to my work. Having a good salary working in a famous
cruiseline.
