    Schedules and Role Assignments

    Presenter Responsibilities

    1. Thoroughly prepare their presentation.


    2. Coordinate with organizer for audio-visual needs and printed out materials.
    3. Adequately answer questions and engage the audience.
    4. Dress appropriately for the occasion.

    Organizer Responsibilities

    1. Set up the venue and arrange multimedia needs.


    2. Help presenters print out and distribute their printed fact sheets.
    3. Be the host for the day. This includes giving the rationale of the “event,” introducing the presenters, engaging the audience, moderating
    the questions from the audience, and serve as timekeeper.
    4. Ensure adequate documentation of the event.
    5. Dress appropriately for the occasion.
