COMPANIES IN ETHIOPIA

This research aims to investigate the determinants of profitability in selected insurance companies in
Ethiopia. The profitability of insurance companies is influenced by various factors, including financial
indicators, market conditions, and management practices. By conducting a comprehensive analysis of these
determinants, this study seeks to provide insights into the key drivers of profitability in the Ethiopian
insurance industry.

Objectives:
- To identify the financial indicators that significantly impact the profitability of insurance companies in
Ethiopia.
- To examine the influence of market conditions, such as competition and regulatory environment, on
insurance companies' profitability.
- To assess the impact of management practices, including underwriting policies, investment strategies, and
cost management, on insurance companies' profitability.
- To provide recommendations for enhancing the profitability of insurance companies in Ethiopia based on
the research findings.

EthioTelecom's Addis Ababa Zones. Organizational culture plays a crucial role in shaping employee
attitudes, behaviors, and commitment towards their work and the organization. By conducting a case study
within EthioTelecom, this research seeks to understand how the organization's culture influences employee
commitment in the specific context of Addis Ababa Zones.

Objectives:
- To analyze the organizational culture of EthioTelecom in Addis Ababa Zones.
- To assess the level of employee commitment within EthioTelecom's Addis Ababa Zones.
- To explore the relationship between organizational culture and employee commitment.
