Rama Mohan (Adhar No. 7527 6472 2087) wife of Varinder Mohan R/o
H. No. 290, Partap Nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab, India do hereby in the
name of god and affirm that the following statements given by us are
true to the best of our knowledge and belief:-
1. That we are permanent resident of above said address.
2. That Lovish Mohan (DOB 11-02-1991) is our real son. Who is on
resident visa in New Zealand. That the marriage of our real son
namely Lovish Mohan was performed with Saloni (DOB 05-01-
1995) daughter of Satish Kumar R/o Patti Bagga, VPO Bilga, Tehsil
Phillaur, District Jalandhar, Punjab, India on 07 th December 2023
(07-12-2023) at Golden Gate Resorts, Jalandhar, Punjab, India,
according to Hindu Religious rites and Ceremonies and we along
with other relatives gave blessing to the newly wedded couple at the
time of marriage.
3. That after solemnization of marriage of our son Lovish Mohan with
Saloni, our son Lovish Mohan and our daughter in law Saloni are
residing together as husband and wife in our house from
07.12.2023 onwards.
4. That we are executing this affidavit to the effect that after the
marriage of our son Lovish Mohan and our daughter in law namely
Saloni are residing together from 07th December 2023. That our
above said declaration is true and correct and nothing has been
concealed therein.

December 2023 (07-12-2023) at Golden Gate Resorts, Jalandhar,
Punjab, India, according to Hindu Religious rites and Ceremonies
and we along with other relatives gave blessing to the newly
wedded couple at the time of marriage.
4. That after solemnization of marriage of our daughter Saloni with
Lovish Mohan, they are residing together as husband and wife from
07.12.2023 onwards.

resident visa in New Zealand. That the marriage of my best friend
namely Akhil Gandhi was performed with Nikunj Khanna (DOB 11-
07-1992) daughter of Ajay Khanna R/o H. No. 114, Choti Baradari,
Phase-I, Jalandhar, Punjab, India on 2nd, December 2022 (02-12-
2022) at Jalandhar, Punjab, India, according to Hindu Religious
rites and Ceremonies at Petal Banquets, Vasal Mall, Police Line
Road, Jalandhar, Punjab, India and I along with his parents and
his relatives gave blessing to the newly wedded couple at the time
of marriage.
3. That after solemnization of marriage of my best friend Akhil Gandhi
with Nikunj Khanna, my best friend Akhil Gandhi and his wife
Nikunj Khanna are residing together as husband and wife in the
house of Kamal Kishore Gandhi from 02-12-2022 onwards.
4. That I am executing this affidavit to the effect that after the
marriage of my best friend Akhil Gandhi and his wife Nikunj
Khanna are residing together from 02 December 2022.
5. That my above said declaration is true and correct and nothing has
been concealed therein.
