I, Jagjit Kaur Wife of Late Sukhwinder Singh Resident of Village Tanda

Ram Sahai, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India, do hereby solemnly affirm
and declare as under:-

1. That I am a law abiding citizen of India and a resident of above said

address.
2. That I am real mother of Davinder Singh who is living at present in
USA due to continue life threats from the police.
3. That after the left India by my son, the police officers are continue
visiting the village and asked about whereabouts of my son Davinder
Singh and threatened to finish the life of my son as and when they
will see him anywhere of India.
4. That even, on 02.01.2024, the police officers came at our house and
started put pressure and tortured to know about whereabouts of my
son Davinder Singh and threatened that if they find my son Davinder
Singh in anywhere of India then they will finish his life. After seen the
gathering for the people outside of the house, they left the spot.
5. That the life of my son Davinder Singh is still in danger as there is no
hope of the life my son in anywhere of India. Therefore, it is my
humble request to the Government of USA, kindly approved my son
asylum case in USA and grant him permanent stay to him in USA
otherwise, his life be finished by the police officer, in case he will
return back to India.

I, Mohan Singh Son of Nanak Singh resident of Village Tanda Ram Sahai,
District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare
as under:-

1. That I am an Elected Sarpanch of Village Tanda Ram Sahai, District

Hoshiarpur.
2. That I previously submitted an affidavit in support of asylum
application of Davinder Singh.
3. That I know the police officers are still coming to know about
whereabouts of Davinder Singh and wants to finish his life as they
are openly threatening to kill him.
4. That I know on 02.01.2024, the police officers attacked at the house
of Davinder Singh and harassed the family members of Davinder
Singh as they threatened to finish the life of Davinder Singh and tried
to know whereabouts of Davinder Singh just to finish his life.
5. That even, the police officers occasionally used to come at my house
personally and asked about whereabouts of Davinder Singh. Even,
they openly instructs to inform about whereabouts of Davinder
Singh.
6. That it has very clear that, the life of Davinder Singh has not safe in
India as they are still searching him just to kill him.

I, Gurpreet Singh Son of Sital Singh resident of Village Tanda Ram Sahai,
District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare
as under:-

1. That I am a citizen of India and resident of above said address.

2. That I know Davinder Singh son of Late Sukhwinder Singh resident
of above my village.
3. That I know Davinder Singh has affiliated with the Mann Party due to
which the police officers are continuously visiting the village to know
about whereabouts of Davinder Singh.
4. That I know the police officers came at the house of Davinder Singh
on 02.01.2024 and threatened his family members to know about the
whereabouts of Davinder Singh and threatened to finish his life.
Even, I and other village people came outside the house of Davinder
Singh due to which they left the spot by threatening his family
members.
5. That in view of the above said facts and circumstances, I strongly
suggests to Davinder Singh not come back to India otherwise, the
police officers will not spare his life and kill him in anywhere of India
as the police officers are working under the influence of the ruling
party of India BJP and their associates are spreads all over India.
